They have been doing most things remotely for clients due to restrictions and as a team they were all working from home but now they are happy to be back in the office, seeing clients digitally but still offering some face to face where appropriate.
Sandy says “In the first lockdown we were very busy helping clients who had been furloughed securing their interest rates and we also offered our services to people who needed to talk about finances as a whole whether it was people moving because they wanted more space or a change in circumstances.”
She continues “The stamp duty holiday helped us and home buyers lot and it has just made a big difference for our industry, we are very fortunate to have been so busy this year”
