Keith Scarrott is an independent shoe retailer based in Cheltenham. They design and create beautiful, wearable, stylish shoes, and boots for ladies of all ages.
Their exclusive collections are designed in Cheltenham, delicately hand made in Italy or Spain, and sold through their striking Cheltenham shop.
This year the business celebrated their 45th Birthday and because they could not have a physical party they offered their loyal customers a 45% flash sale via social media for 6 hours only during lockdown. They sold out of most items and they had some very happy customers.
Their story:
Keith Scarrott is a family-run business at the heart of the community and CEO Sophie is in the shop every day. It’s Sophie and her small team that sends emails, chats to customers online and in-store, packs orders, and delivers them so her customers whether they are on their DMs or walking into the store, receive a truly personal ‘Sophie’ experience which is second to none.
During the first lockdown, with many of the Keith Scarrott customers being mums in the local area, Sophie did a bit of social media listening and she realised that many of her customers wanted something trendy and comfortable to wear to run around with the children but still had that high fashion vibe that Keith Scarrott is well known for.
Even though she had never designed trainers before, they went for it and designed a whole new line of fashionable but ‘mum friendly’ trainers and shoes in everything from bright colours to leopard print and started selling online. They flew ‘off the virtual shelf’ and now are a staple part of the Keith Scarrott collections,
